Boyd M. Holt, 76, of Leesburg. Survivors include his wife, Wealthy; his mother, 
Christian Holt of Sanford, N.C.; two sons, Bill of Leesburg and Roger of 
Fruitland Park; five brothers, Otis of Statesville, N.C., Bill, Jerry, Johnny 
and Jimmy all of Sanford, N.C.; three sisters, Elizabeth Hearp of Danville, 
Va., Doris Holt of Charlotte, N.C., and Joyce Patterson of Sanford, N.C., and 
four grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a retired president and owner of First National Insurance Company, aklso 
a member of First Baptist Church of Leesburg.



He was a veteran of the Navy.



Funeral services held at the funeral home, with Rev. Charles Roesel officiating.



Graveside committal services held in Shady Rest Cemetery, Holly Hilol.
