William C. Howse, 64, of Leesburg. Survivors include his wife, Jean Howse of 
Leesburg; two sons,  Timothy Howse of Munroe, Ohio, and Theodore Howse of 
Mason, Ohio; one daughter, Lori Pelfrey of Mason, Ohio; one brother, Thomas 
Howse of Middletown, Ohio; and five grandchildren.





Additional Comments:
He was a maintenance engineer and a member of the First Presbyterian Church in 
Leesburg.



A memorial service held at the church on Lone Oak Drive.
