John H. 'Jack' Hozack, 84, of Mineola. Survivors include his wife, Lyndal; a 
nephew, Bob of North Wales, Pa.; two stepsons, Earl Futch of Minneola and Bruce 
Futch of Orlando; a stepdaughter, Dena Waterman of Orlando; one step-
granddaughter.

Additional Comments:
He was a retired Navy veteran and served during the Korean Conflict.



Also a member of Morrison United Methodist Church in Leesburg.
