Carl S. (Jogger Joe) Illsley, 83,  of Eustis. Survivors include his wife Helen 
D. of Eustis; two sons, Richard Carl of Abbotsford B.C. Canada, and Ronald 
Edward of Boynton Beach; one daughter, Marilyn Jean of Eustis; one sister, 
Virginia Billings of Weymouth, Mass.; five grandchildren and one great-
grandchild.

Additional Comments:
He was a sports editor and sports announcer in Key West. Also a Chief Warrant 
Officer in the U.S. Navy and a World War II veteran.



memorial services held at Faith Lutheran church with the Pastor Bill Schmidt 
officiating.
