Merdis Jarrett, 79, of Leesburg. Survivors include her daughter, Gwendolyn 
Knight of Fort Lauderdale; son Edward Gilmer of Leesburg; three grandchildren; 
one great-granddaughter; and nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Additional Comments:
She was a beautician and attended Mt. Tabor Baptist Church.



A funeral service held at St. Paul A.M.E. Church in Leesburg with Mazie Rojas 
and Rev. R. L. Broadney officiating.



Burial in Evergreen Cemetery in Leesburg.
