Eli James Kay, 84, of Tavares. Survivors include his wife,Vernelle; sons, 
Authur C. and Jimmy E., both of Tavares, and Kendrick P. of New Castle, Ind.; 
15 grandchildren; and  20 great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a forge operator with Chrysler and a Jehovah's Witness.

He was  also an Army infantry veteran of World War II.
