Walter E.Kinney, 86, of Altoona. Survivors include his niece, Dr. Jill Crabtree 
of Dan Jose, Calif.



Additional Comments:
He was a retired band master and  assistant principal of Eustis High School and 
principal of Eustis Elementary School. 

He was a member of First Presbyterian church of Eustis and a former deacon, 
elder and minister of music of the church,

He also served in the Army and was selected for the Army music school.
