John Lawson Sr., 77, of Sorrento died Sunday Dec. 12, 1999.Survivors include a 
son, Jimmie, Jr. of Sorrento; daughter, Wanda Shaffer of Sorento; sistera, 
Lilly Cain of Dayton, Ohio, Pauline Lawson of Dayton, Ohio, Rosemarie Right of 
Virgie, Ky., Mary Quillen of Neon,Ky., and Viola Hutton of Dayton, Ohio; three 
grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a retired poultry farmer and coal miner. A member of the Church of God.
