Richard Andrew Lowry, 69, of Lady Lake. Survivors include his wife Lorraine 
Gallegher-Lowry of Lady Lake; son, Andrew of Howell, N.J.; daughters, Chris 
Cardinal and Karen Busutil, both of long island, N.Y.; Stepsons, Robert 
Gallagher of Boynton Beach;  stepdaughters, Kathleen Wright of Easton, Pa., and 
Eileen Perchak of Hazleton, Pa.; brother, Robert Lowry of Etowah, N.C.; and 14 
grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a Navy veteran of World War II, an onsite plumbing engineer for sewage 
plant construction and a member of Hope Lutheran Church of Lady Lake.



Memorial services held at the funeral home, with The Reverend P. Barry Hunteman 
officiating.



Inurnment at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell with full military honors 
conducted by Lake County War Veterans Honor Guard.
