Robert James Makin, 77, of Leesburg. Survivors include his wife, Bernadine of 
Leesburg; son, James of Umatilla; daughters, Gayle Schoen of Goodyeat, Ariz. 
and Cindy Linthicum of Perrysburg, Ohio; brother, Kenneth of Genoa, Ohio; 
sister, Lois Gould of Las Vegas, Nv., Rita Rady of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Patricia 
Cole of Toledo, Ohio, Joyce Dibling of Genoa, Ohio, Lou Jean Rouiler of 
Sturges, Mich., and six grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a mason contractor and a 
Catholic.



Memorial services held at Lakes of Leesburg Clubhouse. Eulogy by John Abell.
