Walter R. Mann, 89, of Leesburg. Survivors include his two daughters, Florence 
M. Wilcox of Holiday and Olive Ann Anderson of Lynchberg, Va.; sister, Jean 
mann of Whie plains, N.Y.; an two grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He worked for the Department of Buildings and Bridges for New York Central 
Railroad.

He was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church and Boy Scots Chairman of 
District leadership training committee, buffalo, N.Y.

He served in the U.S. Army as an observer during World War Ii.
