Survivors include her son John Wayne of Jacksonville; a daughter, Jeannette Peaacock of Ocklawaha; four brothers, Harris Phelps, Sam Phelps, Bill Phelps and Elmore Phelps, all of Jacksonville; two sisters, Sylvia Tipsword of Orange Park and Nora Ingram of Jacksonville; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Additional Comments: She was associated with W.T.Grant Department Store of Jacksonville and Mount Dora for many years. She was a member of Bay Street Baptist Church in Eustis. Also a member of VFW Auxiliary and Pythian Sisters Poinsettia Temple No. 42 of Orlando. Services held at the Funeral Home with the Rev. Martin Smith officiating.
