of Eustis and Jerry Paszkiewicz of Brooklyn, N.Y.; daughter, Krystyna Biernacka 
of Warsaw, Poland; brother, Eugeniust Slawek of Po;and; sisters, Zenobia 
Szymanska and Stanislawa Tracz both of Poland; six grandchildren and one great-
grandchild.

Additional Comments:
She was a homemaker and attended St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church.
