brother, Richard of Clearwater; sisters, Dawn Brewer of Oregon and Gayle 
Berendsen of Riverview; step-daughters, Belinda Yost of Toledo, Ohio and Kathy 
Lee Parthemore of Huron, Ohio; and four grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a truck driver and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
