Richard Mitchell, 86, of Mount Dora. Survivors include his nephew, Edwin B. 
Streater, of Apple Valley, Minn.; and two nieces Sue Neubert and Rebecca 
Perkins both of Apple Valley, Minn. 

Additional Comments:
He was a land development manager and a member of St. Edward's Episcopal 
church, Mount Dora.
Also served in the U. S. Army infantry during World War II.
A memorial service held at the church.
