Wilbur L. Mitchell, 88, of Leesburg. Survivors include his wife, ,Maizie 
Assman; two daughters, Betty Jane Weaver of Dover,Pa., and Virginia Kay Farrell 
of York, Pa.; stepson, David Assman of Lake Mills, Wisconsin; stepdaughter, 
Joanne Klatt of Markesan, Wisconsin; four step-grandchildren; six grandchildren 
and four great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a retired model maker for York International, and was a Methodist.
