John Tom Novak, 78, of Fruitland Park. survivors include his wife, Ruth 
Patricia; son, John Carl of Inverness; daughter, Mary Kathleen Novak Johnson of 
Ft. Worth, Texas; brother, Frank of Pompano Beach; sisters, Mary Frangasse of 
Dover, Ohio, and Caroline Morgan of Sandusky, Ohio.

Additional Comments:
He was a retired captain for Pan American Airlines for 31 years. Also a Navy 
pilot in World War II.
