Lardsville, Pa.; mother, Joan Hritzik of Tavares; son, Joshua Novak of Archer, 
Fla.; daughters, Stephanie Novak and Contessa Novak, both of Archer; brothers, 
Dwayne Novak of Larksville, Pa., Michael Hritzik of Astatula; sisters, Denise 
Stokley of Wilmington Beach, N.C. and Michele Hritzik of Astatula.

Additional Comments:
He was a parameic forRural-Metro Ambulance of Orlando. Also a member of 
Pentacostal Revival Center of Florida.
