Thomas L. Oates, 73, of Tavares. Survivors include sons Thomas of Miami and 
Timothy of Davie; sister Catherine O'Brien of Ridge, Long Island, N.Y.; 
brothers, John of Allendale, N.J. and Eugene of Landeburg, Pa.; four 
grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a retired Dade County Sheriff's Dept. after  32 years.



He was also a Catholic.
