Elmer Oram, 97, of Leesburg. Survivors include his son, Donald Oram of 
Leesburg; daughter Sharon Kurth of Leesburg; brother Roy Oram of 
Wilmington,Ill.; seven grandchildren; and12 great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a retired forman in the steel industry and a Protestant.
