Marian Smith Padgett, 83, of Lady Lake. survivors include her husband, Edward 
G.; sons, Douglas W. Smith of Wellesley, Mass., and Edwin C. Smith of Nanuet, 
N.Y.; stepson, David E. Padgett of Brandon; stepdaughter, Susan P. Best, of 
Wimberley, Texas; seven grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and six great-
grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
She was a homemaker and a member of St. James Episcopal Church in Leesburg. 



Funeral services held at the church with Father Terry Jackson officiating.



Inurnment  at Huntington rural Cemetery in Huntington, N.Y..
