of Leesburg and Page B. Phelps of Melbourne; a daughter, Jacalyn W. Crooke of 
Cary, N.C.; two sons, Glenn A. Ware of Leesburg and Scott G. Ware of 
Jacksonville; and six grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
She was a homemakaer and a Baptist.
