Lawrence Richard Picars, 79, of Leesburg. survivors include his wife, Amy; 
daughters Gayle Ropp of Fairfax, Va., Janet White of Waterville, Ma. and Julia 
Anderson of Brunswick, Ma.; brother Richard of Tacoma Lake, Ma.; sisters Helen 
Sullivan of Waterville, Ma., Annette Veilleux of Aurora, Colo. and Evelyn 
Nadeau of Winslow, Ma.; six grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a retired buyer/salesman for Sterns Department store, a Navy veteran of 
World War II.

Also a member of S. Paul's Catholic Church, Leesburg.

A Mass of Christian Burial held at the Church with Father Nicholas O'Brien 
celebrant.
