Lady Lake and three sisters, Evelyn Theshak of Ida, Wis., Rose Marie Black of 
Bloomington, Calif., and Josephine Kashak of Redlands, Calif.

She was a homemaker and a Catholic.



Graveside services held at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell with the Rev. 
Bob Miller officiating.
