Survivors include his wife, Edna S. Pope of Leesburg; two sisters, Mildred P. Reynolds and Nell C. Lyon, both of Paradise, Calif.; brother-in-law, Robert L. Stephens Jr. of Leesburg; several nieces and nephews. Additional Comments: He was a chef and a member of First Methodist Church in Eustis. He was a World War II vertebra serving in the European Theatre. A memorial service held at Mid-Florida Lakes wit the Rev David Gill leading the service. All Faiths Cremation Society, Lady Lake.
