R. William Rae (born Raimo Viljo Sakari Rajala), 83, of Leesburg. Survivors 
include his wife, Dorothy; daughters, Beverly Ann Hill of Nepean, Ontario, 
Canada and Constance Margaret Scott of Aurora, Ontario, Canada; stepsons, 
Charles W.Bladen of Leesburg, James B. Bladen of Carlsbad, Calif.,  Andrew J. 
Bladen of Carson City, Nev.; sister, Helena Tervonen of Minneapolis and three 
grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
Born in Kuru, Finland, was retired military operations research scientist and 
meteorologist.

He attended Lake Square Presbyterian Church.
