Alma M. Ratliff, 90, of Tavares. Survivors include five sons, Leroy of 
Hamilton, Ohio, Larry of Augusta, Ga., Donald of Umatilla, Eddie of Tavares 
and Ronald of Bonifay; three daughters, Altheda Mullins of Sarasota, and 
Brenda Reynolds and Floretta Blair, both of Tavares; a brother, Elmer Mullins 
of Tavares; 23 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and five great-great-
grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
