sister, Ivy Crookes of Sceffeld, England; four nephews and three nieces.

Additional Comments:
He was a director of operations for Moses Brown Prepatory School and a Baptist.

He was a member of Gold Stream Guard at Buckingham Palace in London and a 
cabinet maker.
