Samuel Robert Rose, 70, of Groveland died in Clermont. Survivors include his 
wife, Annie; sons, Glen of Miami, Samuel of Clermont, Bruce of Haines City, 
Louis of Groveland, Larry Bessent of Groveland, Laurence Bryant of Sarasota, 
Michael Bessent of Clermont, Anthony of Louisiana, Shawn and Terran both of 
Sarasota, Kenneth Weddle of Groveland; daughters Gwendolyn White of Orlando, 
Joyce Rose and Juanita Jones, both of Groveland, Sherily Harrell of Clermont; 
27 grandchildren

Additional Comments:
He was a retired truck driver and a member of Gadson Street Church of Christ. 



Funeral services held at the church with Brother Renard McFarland officiating.



Burial in Edgewood Cemetery, Groveland.
