Walter C. Runge, 83, of Umatilla. Survivors include his wife, Jean H. Runge of 
Umatilla; and brother, Raymond Runge of Miami.

Additional Comments:
He was a retired supervisor for Southern Bell and a Lutheran.

He served in the U.S. Army Signal corps in World War II.

Memorial service held at the funeral home, with Pastor Pam Wellons and V8iar 
Afrah Wasef officiating.
