Leslie Raymond Simms, 51, of Clermont died Wednesday 15,1999. Survivors 
include his wife, Janet M.; daughter, Mikel Anne of Clermont; parents, Laura 
and Ray of Clermont; paternal grandmother, Ella M. Klacking of Clermont; 
sisters, Lynn S. Swarts of Mount Dora and Laura Diane Stiltner of Clermont.

Additional Comments:
He was a nursing assistant for the Ohio Veterans Administration Hospital and a 
member of Bass Anglers Sportsman Society.
