Cloteen 'Teena' Sparks Stephenson, 84, of Leesburg. Survivors include her 
husband William Henry; daughter Elaine Strickland of Cable, Ohio; three sons 
Ronald Sparks of Shelden, Ill., Larry Lee Sparks of Okeechobee, and Thomas C. 
Sparks of Milford, Ill.; sister Eileen Wright of Leesburg; eleven 
grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
She was a floral designer, and a member of First Church of the Nazarene, 
Leesburg.
