Peggy Irwin Towzey, 62, of Fruitland Park. Survivors include her husband, Earl 
M. Jr.; mother, Margaret Donaldson Irwin of Valencia, Pa.; son, Earl., III of 
Leesburg; daughter, Pamela A. Black of Pinckney, Mich.; sister, Pamela Carlini 
of Valencia, Pa., and six grandchildren. 

Additional Comments:
She retired in 1986 as office manager for the Welare Department, Butler, Pa. 
and was a member of Community United Methodist Church, Fruitland Park.
