daughter Shirley Worthington of Birmingham, Ala.; step-daughters, Terri Smith 
of Swartz Creek, Mich.; Patti Tillotson of Broomfield, Colo., Nancy Jakusz of 
Theodosia, Mo., Lauri Nuse of Buffao, N.Y.; brothers, Edward and Raymond Koch; 
sister, Arlene Koch all of Western N.Y.and nine grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a retired master machinist and a member of Northside Christian Church 
in Fruitland Park.
