Dr. Paul Franklin Tumlin, 75, of Leesburg.  Survivors include his wife, Anne 
Marie; sons, Kenneth M. of Winte r Springs; and Dr. James A. of Atlanta; 
daughter, Dr. Sheryl A. Welsh of Hanover, Ind.; brother, Jack T. of Cocoa 
Beach; sister, Mary Leslie Langford of Cocoa Beach' and three grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a retired Lake County family-practice physician and a member of St. 
James Episcopal Church.



Also a Army veteran of World War II.



Memorial services held at the church with Father Terry W. Jackson officiating.
