Alvin O. Twitty, 81, of Grand Island. Survivors include his wife, Irene V.; a 
daughter, Patricia Busenbark of Monroe; a brother, Amel Twitty of Port 
Charlotte; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
He was a captain of the Monroe Police Department for 26 years. Also an Army 
veteran during World War II.



Also a Presbyterian.



Funeral services held with the Rev. Michael Frandsen of First Presbyterisn 
Church in Eustis.
