William Stewart Vinson, 62, of Clermont. Survivors include his wife, Judith G. 
of Clermont; one son, Jeffrie D of Crawfordville; one daughter, Cynthia Lynn 
Koury of Greensboro, N.C.; two sisters, Irma J. Rham of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and 
Shirley M. Nelson of Fisk, Mo.; eight grandchildren; and four great-
grandchildren. 

Additional Comments:
He was a retired Lt. commander for the U.S. Coast Guard and a member of the 
First Baptist Church of Morehead City, N.C.
