D., son, R. Scott Barnes of Shrewsbury, Mass.; daughter, Peggy J. Smith of 
Junction City, Ohio; mother Etta Opal Lucky of Grove City, Ohio; brother 
Charles Canny of Columbus, Ohio; step-sons,  Davie, Mike and Joe of Columbus, 
Ohio; two grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
She was a retired sales coordinator with Xerox Corp in Cincinnati, ohio and was 
a Methodist.
