William Joseph Wangard, 84, of Leesburg. Survivors include his wife, Gladys A. 
of Leesburg; two sons, James of New Berlin, Wisc., Rich of Brandon, Wisc., and 
Thomas of Eden, N.C.; a daughter, Joan Jay Holstein of Peoria, Ariz.; and nine 
grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Additional Comments:
He was a tool and die maker.
