Emily  L. Van Reet Whitman, 83, of Tavares. Survivors include her husband, 
Emery E. Whitman; daughters, Joyce Horvath Thomas of Franklin, N.C., and Emily 
Addenbrooke of Clermont; four step-daughters, Linda Van Reet of Bridgeport, 
Conn., Sharon Boes of Tiffin, Ohio, Linda Sendelbach of Tiffin, Ohio and Dawn 
Whitman of Columbus, Ohio; sisters, Mary Pasokowski of Tavares and Frances 
Madagosky of Fairfield, Conn.; 10 grandchildren and15 great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
She was a baker at a restaurant and a member of St. Mary of the Lakes church.



Funeral services held at the church and interment following at Hillcrest 
Memorial  Cemetery.
