In The County Judge’s Court, in and for Lake County, Florida. In Probate. In Re: The Estate of Ivey Royal, deceased To E. M. Tally, Judge of said Court. Your Petitioner Warren Royal, Albert Royal, Ivey Royal Douglas and Ernest L. Royal, respectively show unto this Court that they are residents of Cassia, Lake County, Florida; that in the 29th day of April, A. D. 1910, Ivey Royal, late of Cassia, Lake County, Florida, died intestate, leaving as his only heirs and legal representatives him surviving Warren Royal, Albert Royal, Alonzo Royal, and that Alonzo Royal died intestate on the 9th day of March, A. D. 1925, leaving as his only heirs and legal representatives him surviving Ivey Royal Douglas, Ernest L. Royal, Lindsey C. Royal, Cecil D. Royal, Elza A. Royal, Lucile Royal Snyder and Annie E. Royal, his widow. Your petitioners further show unto the Court that the estate of Ivey Royal was not and is not indebted; that the land hereinafter described was the homestead of said Ivey Royal and was not subject to his debts, if any he had; that he dies seized and possessed of wearing apparell and personal property of little or no value and the following described real estate, situate, lying and being in Lake County, Florida, to-wit: N1/2 of the SE1/4 (less E1/2 of SE1/4 of NE1/4 of SE1/4); also NW1/4 of SE1/4 of SE1/4 and East seven acres of N1/2 of SW1/4 of SE1/4 in Section 34, Tp. 18 S. R. 28 East. Your petitioners further show unto the Court that all of said heirs above named and each of them is over the age of twenty-one years; that an amicable division of the land and estate of the said Ivey Royal has been made by said heirs, the said Warren Royal and Albert Royal each receiving an undivided one-third interest in and to said land above described, and the said Ivey Royal Douglas, Ernest L. Royal, Lindsey C. Royal, Cecil D. Royal, Elza A. Royal, Lucile Royal Snyder and Annie E. Royal, his widow, receiving each an undivided one-seventh interest of an undivided one-third interest of said land. Your petitioners further show unto the Court that the said Alonzo Royal died intestate leaving as his only heirs, the said Ivey Royal Douglas, Ernest L. Royal, Lindsay C. Royal, Cecil D. Royal, Elza A. Royal, Lucile Royal Snyder and Annie E. Royal, his widow; that there are no debts against the estate of the said Alonzo Royal, deceased. NOW, THEREFORE, your Petitioners pray for an order of this Court authorizing no administration upon said estate and designating your petitioner and the other heirs above named, as the heirs of Ivey Royal, deceased, and as such heirs at law of said Ivey Royal deceased, and Alonzo Royal, deceased, to receive and hold the property and land above described.
