 Jane A. Aulen, 88, born November 21, 1923 to Martin Anderson and Dorothy 
(Weir) in Newark, NJ, passed away on February 11, 2012 at her home. 
 Jane enjoyed living on Upper Capitva, FL for many years with her son. She 
wrote several books of poetry that expressed her love of the sea and life on 
Upper Captiva.
 She worked several years at the Lee Co. Health Dept with Dr. Joseph Lawrence.
 She was predeceased by her loving husband  Andrew A. Aulen in 1985.
 She is survived by her two daughters, son and their families two 
grandchildren six great-grandchildren , two sisters and a brother-in-law.
 A memorial service for family and friends will be held Sunday, February 26, 
2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Picnic Point within The Landings Yacht Gulf and Tennis 
Club in Fort Myers. Contributions may be made to Hope Hospice, Ft. Myers.
