 Joan Sabiston Brooks, 79 of Lee County, FL, formerly of Bayshore, NY took her 
rightful place in the heavens above on October 11, 2011. She is preceded in 
death by her loving father George "Seaweed" Zajic, and leaves many wonderful 
memories for those who survive her to cherish. She was born on September 27, 
1932 and is survived by her chiidren, five sons and three daughters and twelve 
grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. 
 Memorial services will be held to celebrate her lfe on Saturday at 3 p.m. 
National Cremation Society, Nort Fort Myers, FL.
