 Eleanor Marie Dupuy, 86, of Cape Coral, FL passed away on Tuesday, October 
11, 2011 at Hope Hospice House in Cape Coral surrounded by her devoted and 
loving husband of 65 years and her loving family. She was born December 1, 
1924 in Brockton, MA,the daughter of the late Sarah (Sadie O'Grady) and 
Christiher O'Byrne.
 Eleanor is a graduate of Brockton High School,Class of 1942 , received her 
Bachelor's Degree in Education at Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts 
and went on to be a teacher for the Brockton Public School System. In her 
later years she was the owner of Bookland of Bridgewater. 
 She leaves her husband and is survived by seven children, 19 grandchildren, 
and 24 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters and a brother.
 She was also predeceased by her sister Sadie McGarry.
 Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m, Friday, October 14, 2011 at Fuller Metz 
Cremation and Funeral Services in Cape Coral. Funeral Mass wil be held 
Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 10:00 a.m at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic 
Church, Cape Coral, FL followed by burial at Coral Ridge Cemetery in Cape 
Coral.
