 Robert J. "Bob" Evans, 74, of Estero, FL passed away Tuesday, January 31, 
2012 at Joanne's House at Hope Hospice. A seasonal resident of Estero for the 
past 14 years, Rob also resided in Cape Cod,MA. He was born April 30,1937 in 
Dover, Ohio a son of the late Robert E. and Ruby (Gustafson) Evans. 
 Mr. Evans was a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. Bob was 
the Director of Promotion Services for the Gillette Corp. for 40 years before 
retiring in 1995. 
 He is survived by his wife of 49 years, three daughters and their families, 
three brothers and a sister and their families, and two grandchildren.
 A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, Feb. 6, 2012 at 11:00 AM 
at Our Lady of Light Catholic Church, Ft. Myers. The family will receive 
friends from 10:00 AM until the time of the Mass. Arrangement are being 
handled by Shikany's Bonita Funeral Home, Bonita Springs, FL.
