 Donald E. Firth, 84,lost his courageous battle with colon cancer on May 25, 
2012. Donald was born on January 12, 1928 in Detroit, Michigan. Donald 
graduated from the University of Michigan, and later received his Master's 
degree from Michigan State University.
 Donald is survived by his two sons and daughter and their families, two step-
children, and five grandchildren. Donald was preceded in death by his wife 
Judy, who passed away in 2004. He was a wonderful father, friend, companion, 
avid golfer, bowler, pianist and card shark.
