Elmer Frederick Goldpenny, 80, of Matlacha, FL passed away after a long battle 
with cancer at his home on Feb. 1, 2012 with family be his side. He was born 
in North Tonawanda, NY to Elmer and Rachel Foster Goldpenny.
 Elmer was a Veteran of the U.S. Arm and the New York Air National Guard 
107th. Elmer worked for Durez Plastic's retiring after 30 years.He was a past-
president of Niagara County Sportsman Association, He was a competitive 
shooter and enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing.
 Elmer is survived by his wife of 57 years, three daughters and a son and 
their families, four grandchildren a brother and his twin brother.
 A Celebration of Elmer's life will be held at 2 pm on March 18th at Niagara 
County Sportsman Association in New York.
