 Karyn J. Hanselman, 55, of Fort Myers, FL formerly of Clifon, NJ passed away 
on October 25, 2011. 
 Born in Glen Ridge, NJ, Ms. Hanselman was raised in Clifton and lived there 
before moving to Fort Myers four years ago. She studied at Boston College and 
then Montclair State University, concentrating in Business Administration, 
Marketing and Management, earning her Bachelor of Science Degree . She then 
went on to the Passaic School of Drafting where she studied Electromechanical 
Drafting. Further studies were done at New Jersey Institute of Technology 
where she earned her second degree, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical 
Engineering. Mr. Hanselman worked as a Mechanical Engineer for various firms 
throughtout her career in the New York and New Jersey area.She had also been 
an Executive Assistant with Hanselman Inc. and was Assistant Chief of Nuclear 
Medicine at Columbus Hospital in Newardk, NJ.
 Ms. Hanselman was predeceased by her father, Kenneth Hanselman; by her birth 
mother, Theresa Carol (nee Defeo); and a brother, Kenneth Frank Hanselman.
 She is survived by her mother, two brothers, her nephew and aunts and uncles.
 Memorial visiting will be held on Wednesday from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the 
BizubQuinlan Funeral Home, Clifton,N.J.
