 Ella Katherine "Jackie" Horne-Harvey, 89, passed away on May 1, 2012 at Hope 
Hospice, in Cape Coral, FL. Born on January 27, 1923 in Fort Myers, the 
daughter of Thomas Matthew and Minnie Mae Nipper Horne. Jackie was a pioneer 
resident of Fort Myers, living her entire life in Lee County. On May 14, 1943 
she married Louis James Harvey who preceded her in death on November 18, 2006.
 Ella was a retired school lunchroom manger from Lee Middle School. 
 Survivors include a son, daughter and their families, nine grandchildren, 22 
great-grandchildren, sister, two brothers and many nieces and nephews.
 Ella was preceded in death by a daughter, Terri Lynn Harvey, two sons, Roger 
Eugene Harvey and Roderick Alan Harvey; granddaughter; Shanna Jo Harvey and 
one brother and three sisters.
 Viewing will be Saturday, May 5, 2012 from 10:00 - 11:00 Am. There will be no 
graveside service. Funeral arrangements by Anderson-Patterson Funeral Service, 
Ft. Myers.
