 Mary Elizabeth (Morton) Holmes, 84, of Fort Myers, FL died on November 29, 
2011 at Hope Hospice, Fort Myers. She was born on August 10, 1927 in 
Philadelphia, PA. A U.S Marine Veteran, a Life Member of the Marine Corps 
League, A Life Member of the Woman Marine Association and a member of the 
United Woman Veterans.
 She is survived by her beloved husband of 61 years, a son, two daughters and 
their families, six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
 Funeral service will be held privately.
